MAKING A DIFFERENCE TOGETHER!
Community Partnerships & Associates has been providing supportive services to individuals, families and community organizations for over 8 years. Operation Bridge is an ADAD approved outpatient substance abuse education and therapy program located at 1310 S. Chambers Rd. in Aurora. We are also a state approved service agency providing supported living services and community participation. Stepping Stones Day Program serves dually diagnosed adults with special needs at Margaret Walters Center 12665 W. 52nd Ave in Arvada.
CP assesses the progress of the client after leaving a treatment center. Through an association of highly experienced, dedicated professionals, we utilize a case management model to provide services that are targeted toward individual needs.
Community Partnerships recognizes that organizations are faced with numerous obstacles including budget constraints, changing regulations, and finding consistent and appropriate services. The increasing volume of those in need is straining the resources and talents of services. The capacity of an agency becomes stretched to the point where services often fall short of the desired outcome.
Community Partnerships believes no agency, program, or approach can do it all. Only by working together and sharing resources can we make a greater impact for those individuals and families we hope to help. Thus, our objective is to build an effective system of services, which strengthen cooperation among public and community organizations.
Our fundamental mission is to improve the range, quality and accessibility of services. This is achieved by means of discovery and the utilization of resources that are currently available through the public and private sector. We believe in building bridges not walls, working together to make a better community.
“Teamwork is the fuel that allows common people to achieve uncommon results.”
